The fully equipped kitchen has full size cooker range, American size fridge/freezer with icemaker; microwave; dishwasher; waste disposal; juicer for juicing the oranges from the orange tree in the garden; kitchen table and breakfast bar. Large lounge with dining table and chairs, cable TV. The integral garage houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The floors of the lounge, kitchen, bathrooms and hallways were newly tiled in September, 2004 with ceramic tiles and the current photographs shown on this site do not show the new tiling and furniture. |

Although the owner's vehicle is in the garage there is sufficient room for your own vehicle also. Some ten minutes from the Disney theme parks - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Magic and MGM Studios; Three or four minutes to Fort Liberty, Medieval Times, Old Town with its Saturday night "cruise" of vintage /veteran cars. |

On Chatham Park there is also a community pool which you can use to meet your neighbours where there are also changing room/showers, cold drinks machine, tennis courts, basketball and children's playground. All at no extra cost and there are tennis rackets and balls provided in the villa. Within walking distance of the villa you will find McDonalds and a small shopping mall.
